PARTICIPANT COMMITMENTS
We have identified the following commitments to ensure you and the other participants get the most from the workshop:
- Attend the workshop in its entirety: all three hours on all fours days. Please note: We allow for participants to miss up to 3 total hours across the 4 sessions for unavoidable or emergency conflicts.
- Complete approximately 1.5-2.5 hours of pre-work: watching short videos, reviewing handouts, and/or completing reflections. This pre-work will be shared no later than 10 days before the workshop begins.
- Complete approximately 30-60 minutes of homework between sessions: watching short videos, reviewing handouts, and/or completing reflections.
- Cameras On: LJIST requires that participants have camera and microphone capabilities to attend LJIST virtual sessions. We will build an intimate space together and having our videos on builds trust and allows participants to be vulnerable with one another and the LJIST team.
- Private Space: We ask all participants to come prepared to mutually hold the confidentiality of what will be shared in our session together. We ask participants to not be driving or in shared spaces with people not registered for the session except in the case of emergencies. We also ask that you do not share the Zoom link with others.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE & REFUND POLICY
Register by Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
Registration is limited to 55 people.
Refunds will not be given for this workshop, but registration can be transferred to another participant until Monday, April 1, 2024.
