Viewers have access to the pre-recorded webinar for 4 weeks from the "start date" you choose. The start date must be at least two weeks after purchasing and is not adjustable.
After purchasing this license, you will receive an email with instructions to send the viewer names and email addresses to our team using a template excel sheet.
Viewer information needs to be sent no later than one week before the viewing window begins. We will follow up with the person you designate in the check-out form if we have not received the viewer information by that time, and you will have two days to send the information.
SUBTITLES
The webinar is presented in English, and subtitles are available in Latin American Spanish, French, and Arabic. Please contact our office for availability.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay in Full: Pay for the Webinar in full ($3,000). The payment form defaults to this option. Payment is non-refundable.
Pay By Check or Use Your Internal Contracting Procedure: Pay by check and/or request a formal contract. LJIST will generate a formal contract or work within your organization's contracting protocols. NOTE: your preferred date will not be confirmed until the contract has been signed and deposit has been issued. Payment is non-refundable. EXTENSIONS POLICY
Please note that if an unforeseen emergency affects your group's ability to watch the webinar within your viewing window, we may be able to grant you a one-time, one-week extension.
